Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately through POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and special dietary requests
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with opening/closing duties
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Upsell signature dishes and promotional items to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in full-service restaurant environments
- TAMSA or Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
