Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests with knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with bartenders and support staff during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available evenings and weekends (15-25 hours/week)
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service preferred
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
