Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Expertly navigate a seasonal Pacific Northwest menu and wine list
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional serving experience in high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of PNW ingredients and wine pairing fundamentals
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Permit and Washington alcohol service certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
