Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while taking accurate food/beverage orders
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and manage cash handling
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and adhere to sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items, daily specials, and promotional offerings
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Participate in opening/closing duties including restocking stations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler certification (training provided if needed)
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol
