Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with speed and precision during peak hours
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and beverage offerings with genuine enthusiasm
- Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain pristine dining stations and uphold sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale experience required
- Florida Alcohol Server certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction
- Basic POS system proficiency
