Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Efficiently manage table assignments, order taking, and payment processing using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and uphold sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and poise
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication
- Assist with opening/closing duties including stocking stations and cleaning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant/server experience in high-volume establishments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining composure during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
