Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with polished, knowledgeable interactions
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Handle payments and maintain financial accountability
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment during shifts
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale server experience
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer pairings and menu items
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Local Raleigh area residency required
