Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding table service with attention to detail
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Upsell specials and high-margin items
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience
- Knowledge of Seattle's food scene preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Washington State Food Handler's card required
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and guest-first mindset
