Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and transmit orders to kitchen/bar via POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining impeccable presentation
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash/credit transactions
- Ensure dining areas are immaculate, sanitized, and fully stocked
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues proactively
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Valid NC Alcohol Permit required (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety principles and allergen awareness
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Must be 18+ years of age
