Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, genuine hospitality
- Expertly present menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Accurately process orders and deliver food/beverages with precision
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Georgia Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
