Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Manage table rotations, order accuracy, and timing for optimal guest satisfaction
- Process payments, handle POS systems, and maintain cash accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with grace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe a plus)
- Reliable transportation to Pine Avenue location
