Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests while maintaining a polished appearance
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in full-service restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years of age
