Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service execution
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
- Uphold strict health and safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude with guest-first mentality
- Physical ability to stand 8+ hours
