Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely meal delivery
- Manage table cleanliness and station organization
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Upsell menu items and promotional specials
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Must be 18+ with TABC certification
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
