Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with professionalism and attention to detail
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using our POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed
- Complete opening/closing duties including side station setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be TABC certified (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
