Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food/drink delivery, and checkouts
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak shifts
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments accurately through POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Georgia Food Handler Certification required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
