Responsibilities
- Deliver polished table service with menu knowledge and allergen awareness
- Manage table rotations and timing for optimal guest flow
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (25 lbs)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local craft beverages preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol per MA regulations
