Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process orders and payments using our digital POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine dining area standards through table bussing and sanitation
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Availability to work evenings (4-11 PM) and weekends
- Proficiency in digital POS systems and order management
