Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Manage table turnover while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to a positive team culture during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of craft beer/wine a plus
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
- Valid Wisconsin alcohol service permit
