Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service following established protocols
- Expertly describe menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Process orders accurately through POS systems
- Manage table assignments and timing for optimal guest flow
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual dining server experience
- Indiana Food Handler certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible weekday/weekend availability
- Strong teamwork ethic and positive attitude
