Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Memorize and describe 50+ menu items with confidence
- Process payments accurately via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on order accuracy
- Manage side work and maintain station cleanliness
- Upsell seasonal specials and beverages
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining experience preferred
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency
