Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams for timely order fulfillment
- Maintain immaculate dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Texas Alcohol Seller Certification (TABC) required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong teamwork ethic and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler Certification preferred
