Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Accurately process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Manage table assignments and optimize guest flow during peak hours
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams for flawless execution
- Maintain pristine dining areas and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with grace and solution-oriented mindset
- Support opening/closing duties including side work and restocking
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Illinois Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Positive attitude under pressure during rushes
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service)
- Availability for nights/weekends essential
