Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warm, professional interactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain immaculate common areas and guest facilities
- Process payments and accurately manage cash drawer transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekend shifts
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Nevada gaming license or willingness to obtain (if applicable)
- Positive attitude and adaptability in high-energy environments
