Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table turnover while maintaining cleanliness and ambiance
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawer shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to management
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including restocking stations
Qualifications
- 6+ months of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
