Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables with precision, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout your shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical stamina required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be available for a minimum of 15-25 hours per week.
