Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage table sections efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitizing
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience required
- Food Handler's Certificate (Arizona)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for customer service
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Team player with collaborative mindset
