Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Master 30+ menu items and 15+ wine pairings through rigorous training
- Process orders and payments using our state-of-the-art POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless timing of courses
- Resolve guest concerns proactively with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties including station setup
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 40 lbs consistently
- Strong multitasking skills during Saturday/Sunday brunch rushes
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork ethic
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Missouri food handler permit
