Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to guests in our upscale waterfront restaurant
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Process payments efficiently through our POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year prior restaurant/server experience required
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service (TABC certification a plus)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine basics
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Must possess reliable transportation to Miami Beach location
