Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with menu knowledge and wine expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages
- Participate in opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Food Handler Certification required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for cash handling
