Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Accurately process orders, payments, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless dining experience
- Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas per health standards
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months serving experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Must be 18+ and able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
