Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests including order taking, beverage refills, and timely food delivery
- Memorize menu details, daily specials, and wine pairings to make informed recommendations
- Process payments accurately through our POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely execution
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and uphold sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Texas Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math proficiency for order calculations
