Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, professional hospitality
- Accurately enter orders and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Present menu knowledge and recommend seasonal specialties
- Process payments efficiently and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties and maintain station organization
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude with strong customer focus
