Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Master menu knowledge and recommend dishes/beverages to enhance guest experience
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution and timing
- Maintain clean dining areas and ensure sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Food Safety Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
