Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and product features to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock replenishment, organization, and regular stock counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Students welcome!).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
