Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our modern POS systems.
- Merchandising & Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
- Handle Returns & Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges courteously while adhering to company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekend staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
