Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in organizing and restocking merchandise to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to execute store promotions and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
