- Maintain Store Standards: Keep the sales floor organized, ensure shelves are stocked, and the overall store appearance is pristine and inviting.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and alert management when items need to be reordered.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address customer concerns professionally, resolve issues on the floor, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive customer journey.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
