Job Overview:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will assist customers with finding the perfect products, ensuring the store is organized and visually appealing, and processing transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product recommendations, and sales.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software.
