Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Support visual merchandising efforts including floor sets, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with stock replenishment, fitting room maintenance, and store cleanliness
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on brand offerings
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
