Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and trend guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and displays
- Support inventory management through stock counts and organization
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including alarm systems
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Knowledge of fashion trends and brand aesthetics
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin location
- Must be available for at least 20 hours/week
