Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reordering needs to management.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Support store management with special projects and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis location.
