Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
- Restock shelves and display cases according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by keeping the shopping area tidy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to get to work on time.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
