Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure optimal product availability.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming inventory against delivery logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the store.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
- Assist in price changes and merchandise markdowns as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily stocking goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 10:00 AM).
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
