- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute emails, and draft routine correspondence as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized physical and digital records.
- Office Management: Monitor office supplies, restock break areas, and ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Customer Service: Address client and visitor needs promptly and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Event Coordination: Support small office events or gatherings by assisting with logistics and coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-office administrative role is preferred.
