- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
- Assist with guest requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Prepare daily reports and maintain lobby area appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays

- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
