Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to event attendees
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless event experiences
- Handle basic troubleshooting for event equipment and facilities
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexible hours
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Valid driver's license a plus for logistics support
