Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Share knowledge about coffee origins and brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
