Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and handling inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries with precision
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support office supply inventory management and vendor communications
- Coordinate meeting arrangements and catering services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
