Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99.5%+ precision
- Process nightly batch transactions and reconcile discrepancies within established SLAs
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information and financial records
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) for data validation and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data anomalies and process improvements
- Adhere to HIPAA and PCI compliance standards during all data handling procedures
- Monitor system performance metrics and escalate technical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience with 12,000+ keystrokes per minute
